The Main House serves as a hub for community life, offering comfortable accommodations for relatives and guests, as well as spaces dedicated to administrative offices. It’s also where we host major holiday meals, community meetings, and other gatherings. We encourage visiting families to stay in one of the guest rooms in the Main House so they can experience daily life alongside us. Additionally, there are special spaces reserved for the families of residents, allowing everyone to feel at home during their visit and making it easy for them to be part of our community activities and events.
Ted's House accommodates 2 residents and is staffed. A very nice kitchen sees dinner prepared nightly by professional chefs for everyone in the program with the goal of providing residents with a healthy and tasteful meal to end the day.
Constructed in 1797 the Corn Crib accommodates 1 resident, this home offers a cozy feel for the resident. Equipped with one bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The Gatehouse accommodates 1 resident and is located on the same premises as the main house and The Corn Crib.
Laurel Way House accommodates 2 residents, staffed
This house also has a dedicated work-out room with multiple types of equipment and a personal trainer available for all residents. The Fitness Center has been recently renovated for optimal comfort.
Downtown Tryon is home to three additional residences.
